Question regarding heart/chest

I know there are a number of people on here with anxieties related to the heart and chest. I normally don't have worries associated with that area. However, lately I've been getting this strange feeling that I can only describe as butterflies. It is the same feeling you would experience with butterflies in your stomach except it is in my chest, it's strange and I am not sure what to make of it, sort of gets me feeling panicky. Anyone else had this sensation before?

It sounds like you're getting ectopic beats. Everyone get them but they are more common in people that suffer from anxiety. Don't worry they're normal and completely harmless.
