My name is Carol and I have suffered from panic attacks for the last 25years.
I am really looking forward to speaking to people that actually understand what a day in my life feels like.

I know it's daunting coming to a new site and talking about yourself. There are many people on here who have panic attacks and you can look up their threads in the forum. It will be easier for people to help you if you can tell us what your day is like and when you have the panic attacks as we all have slightly different experiences. :hugs:
