hi...... im not new, ive been hanging around this site for a while...........in and out of chat etc.........just felt was time i introduced myself properly........im 34 and depression is my main prob with some anxiety/panic thrown in sometimes........not on any meds...........you all seem like a good bunch of people in here and want to say thanks for having me..........:)
