I banged the heel of my foot two times when i had my Ugg boots on, on Tuesday. About half an hoir later i had pain in my heel and was limping. I was on the phone and was just alerting the kids in the room beneath coz they were loud, lol!
My son saw GP Wednesday so i mentioned my foot and he said he was abit concerned as i am underweight so my bones are weaker. I took myself to A&E. They examined me and put it down to bruising, because i was able to move my foot and balance on that foot.
Yesterday I thought it felt abit better, but today it is alot worse, really hurts like a sharp feeling?? When i walk on it. The dr said the heel is very cushioned so unlikely i broke it, it hurts just on the inside of the heel.
How long should bruising hurt for? How long should I wait before going back to GP/hospital?
