Had my 3rd CBT session today.
Todays session seemed really different, not sure whether I have accepted that I need help or if its me letting my therapist in and opening up, or maybe I am just having a really good day after a rotten couplr of weeks or maybe I have turned a corner and I am slowly on the road to getting this sorted
