Well I suffer from OCD and health anxiety, At the moment I get chest pains, I have been in hospital for 3 days only to be given a clean bill of health but my mind and body is still tricking me :weep:. I get upset somtimes because last year I was fit and happy but unforseen worries have overtaken me I think.
