Hi all...
I'm another newbie - diagnosed Bipolar, Depressed and Social Anxiety Disorder - to name but a few :shades:.
At moment I'm suffering from severe anxiety symptoms which appear to have polarised since hospital admission last year.
I came upon this site by accident - a lucky break you could say? :D
It's so wonderful to locate a forum where everyone can help each other...
