I have a couple of questions about the bloodtest i had a few days ago.

1. I have an underactive thyroid and had a bloodtest to check my levels again, the nurse took 2 samples, is that normal?

2. When she was taking the test, i could hear my blood kind of bubbling and squeeking. I've never notcied that before and it worried me a little. Is that normal?

Thank you

It depends if they were testing for other things as well. When I have bloods done they take 3 or 4 tubes each time. Perfectly normal.

The squeaking was probably the syringe making those noises and not your blood as such.
