Hi everyone,

I've been suffering for years and keep trying to keep my spirits up, But today I've had enough. I'm so angry all the time and think no one likes me even though I know they do really, well most of them. (I have family and friends) I look in the mirror and think "useless"

At the moment as I'm writing this I feel like I'm watching traffic, that is going 100 miles an hour in all directions.
