Hi everyone,
This is my first time here. I had my first panic attack on April 4, 2010. (I am 27)Though it never happened again, I am still in mild general anxiety, fear, and little depressed. It is only been 4 months, but it feels like 4 years long. I share most of the symtoms that people mention here. It is hard for others who never suffer from panic to understand how it feels like. Since the first attack, I tried hard to keep up with my regular life schedule, going to every class, and working regularly, though i feel very uncomfortable about the anxiety and fear. The will to believe that everything is going better day by day helps me strengthened myself. I believe that we all have genetically coping with this illness. It just takes some times.
I wish everyone here can walk out of this forest soon.:yesyes:
