Hi Calm and Sharon,

I know exactly how you feel, it feels like a trap, you know you need to go to work to get better faster and at the same time when you go to work you have a panic attack.

If I may, I would like to share with you a tip that works for me:
If you can try, when you do manage to make it to work, every day first thing in the morning make a plan, written down on a paper and try to stick to it, this will definatelly take your mind off as you will to concentracte at least sometimes on this plan, and you feel feel great when between panick attacks and feeling totally low and desperate and on the total edge of a physical and mental breakdown you will actually accomplish at least some points from your plan. Then day after day its definatelly should improve overall.
