Hi. A couple of times today, I have had what feels like a vibration on my head and it sort of feels like it knocks me off my balance for a split second. I'm really scared that this is something to worry about. I have been doing so well with these worries about my head, but here I am again. Can anyone relate to the vibrations? It almost feels like a power surge if that makes sense. Should I be worries? Please help! x

I'm in work at the moment, however I don't want to annoy anyone. Plus I've been doing so well not asking anyone for advice. Have you had these before? Please re-assure me! Anyone!

Natalie,

Quick reply for you.

The vibrations are caused by adrenaline surges and adrenaline surges are indeed pent up energy being released.

They feel terrible, give you a headache that pounds like a sledgehammer hitting but are completely harmless, just a pain in the butt.

It's something that anxiety sufferers get a lot.

Thanks for your replies guys. So do you think I have nothing to worry about? My Mum always says that everyone gets odd pains and sensations but not everyone looks into everythign as much as what we HA sufferers do. Sorry to keep asking for re-assurance x
