Reccuring sore throats

Ever had a reccuring sore throat for as long as you can remember?
I had a look on here last night & found one of my old threads about these sore throats back in december last year!
Every month or so I get it back again. Always one side. No difficulty swallowing, no discomfort when swallowing. Just a slightly sore throat that has my ear aching a bit too.
None of it terrible, I dont take anything. After a few days it goes. Posssssibly triggered by stress. I need to pay more attention to when it happens yet.
Sound familiar? Or should I be worried?

I've been getting sore throats and tonsilitis for as long as I can remember. And sure enough, every time I have a sore throat flare up it's in a high-stress time or a time where I haven't slept much! Last year I had tonsilitis every two months. Ridiculous.
