tension around my eyes

Hi I have had a lot of tension around my eyes for a few days now. I have had it before and its awful. I can feel a bit of squeezing and pressure in my forehead as well. I wonder if its a type of tension headache but I dont have pain just the tightness and it makes my eyes feel really tired. There is a sort of vague achey feeling in my head but not a headache.

sounds like eye strain to me? have you had your eyes tested to see if you need glasses lately? or maybe you have changed something around your home like the lighting when watching the tv?

Hi I am getting my eyes tested this Friday so maybe it is eye strain but i wonder if you can get tension around your eyes from anxiety. Does anyone know.
