hello every1 im new to this site adn hoping to get some help and relief from my panic attacks i would love to have ppl going through the same things i am and not feel like im alone even when i talk to my dr i want them to say other ppl feel this way i call my family but i feel stupid everytime i have to call them im ready to pull my hair out i want these things to go away!!!!:weep::weep::weep:
