Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Claire 26 mum of 2 boys 5 and 3 I live on the west coast of Cumbria by the sea :)
I joined this site a few days ago to make some new friends that are having similar problems to me and for a little reasurance and advice!

I suffer from PTSD, PND and severe anxiety!
I'm not currently on any meds as I came off my trazodone back in January although I'm having a relapse and experiencing some horrible symptoms I have decided to delay going back on them trying other ways of coping first an joining this site is one of them :)
