Hey everyone, i just thought id write on here that im having a good few days with anxiety
I was put back onto citalopram on monday and i feel really happy for it.
We WILL all beat the anxiety, its just a big fat bully that drags us down and i refuse to let this beat me like it has tried to before, yeah its come back in another form, but i am my own person and the anxiety will not defeat me OR you.
Just felt like i needed to say that
If your having a good day you should let people know, because with anxiety a good day is a godsend sometimes! xxxx
