i've had this too - its depersonalisation - its actually a safety mechanism when you have anxiety overload. if you feel like you are going crazy then you aren't! people who go crazy just do so - they don't worry about it lol x

i just find my self askin am i still here with everyone its so weird and sometimes start my panick attacks off i just wanna get rid of them xx

i walked down the side of my house the other day and had this strange thought that perhaps i was the only person living on the street and that scared me - its the excess of adrenalin manifesting into wierd thoughts that's all x
