yet again woke up to have a horrible panick attack but theres something really bothering me im gettin like a electric shock feeling in my head is this normal ?

The shock is anxiety, i get it some times and wake up in a right state crying.

hi julie, when i awake my arms go all numb from my panic/anxiety attack....and it feels like i am going to have a stroke....but im not!....its just our bodies reaction.

ive on escitroplam now for 6 days and i have got worse how long will it take for them to start helpin me does any 1 no x i feel sick shakey all day and have stupid thoughts in my head x
