Hi Lea, the webiste address to look up BT numbers & addresses is www.bt.com

I work for my Local Authority and they have a copy of the Electoral Register in our Customer Services offices, which are usually local Libraries. The register is edited, people don't have to go on it so they won't receive junk mail etc. A lot of Authorities are not allowed to do a "name" search to find an address, but if you think your relative lives locally, you could be able to find them on the Electoral Register.

Hi Leo, If you know what area your relative, such as the town/city, type their name into the phone directory and that will come up with peoples addresses.
