Hi, I think nearly everyone here will be familiar with what you just said. It's good that you broke out of those loops because I didn't manage to do so and that is what made me ill. It's taken a lot of time and hard work to be able to break the cycle of negative thinking, so it can be done, it just isn't nice!

The negative thinking traps you by covering everything with negative feelings, so you feel there is no hope and no way out. That is purely a symptom of depression or anxiety and it is not true.

Most people will experience some level of depression or anxiety in their lives but it isn't always serious and it often passes quite quickly, especially if you fight back in the early stages.
