andria, have you read claire weekes books on how to deal with this problem. we all have fears and to accept them is the big step to recovery. this book shows you how to do it. its called "self help for your nerves".

hope this helps. other than that we are all here for you if you need to talk

take care

Hi - I can totally relate to your worry. I absolutely hate driving and being driven on motorways and big roads. Its something that has worried me for many many years so this is just to let you know that you are not alone. Good luck and I hope you find a way to cope.
Love,
Jenny

Andria

Read all the posts Nic has sent you and you will find the way through this is by slowly exposing youself to the roads and driving them bit by bit.
Just go one junction at a time to start with. It is tough and uncomfortable but it is the way to recovery.
