Hi
I am a new member, I suffer bouts of panic and do feel low because of that. Some days are better than others but its hard to explain to people who have not ever suffered, I have had a lot of not so good things happen over the last 2 years and I think this is the result.

Hello Jenn,

Whilst it is common that a run of sadness and tough events can overload the nervous system and lead to anxiety or panic please remember that it doesn't haver to remain like this and the sooner you address the issues the better.

Stick around and get some help and encouragement from us.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
