I'm 28 years old and have been battling anxiety/depression for the last 4 years. Just within the last few months life with these illnesses has become 'harsh'. I've come here looking for support and help from people that know what I am going through. I had previously been seeing just a regular md about this but he was not controlling my meds at all. I have recently begun seeing an actual pyschiatrist for medication management. I hope he can get me back on the right track with my life. I hope this site can give me some insight to answers I have and help I need.
