Attention and lack of concentration

Sometimes things seem slurred and I worry I won't be able to read things so this has affected my attention span and I make mistakes and worry I slur words and stuff.

Anybody else had this? I find my internal worries seem to bring on these strange symptoms at the moment. I've had alot of really awful, bizarre worries like forgetting who I am, going mad ect.. seems they cause me some long term distress. :wacko: This symptom lately makes me feel in another world at times...is it anxiety?

i think alot of people me included have had similar to this. i at times feel like i cant get my words out properly and i am forgetful too. if you do a search on here you may find some others who have experienced similar to you.
