Sensation in Armpit

Hi forum, I am new and looking to get answers about a particular question. I have anxiety which I deal with daily.. One of my new physical symptoms is a tightness and tingling in my armpit, i dont know if its related to my lymph nodes but i have been having it for a few days and now it is radiating towards my hand... the feeling is minor but definitely noticeable and it makes me worry.
Please let me know if any of you are familiar with this.

Yes, this rings a bell with me, as it's something I've had on and off before. Initially, I think I associated it with fretting about cancer and swollen lymph nodes, but I think it was actually that I had a very stiff shoulder joint and I suspect that the ligaments supporting the joint were slightly inflamed, which was causing the discomfort.

Thanks for responding BlueAngel... I'm really hoping this is nothing serious. Just trying not to think about it and have it go away.
