ive relapsed!!!

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh ive relapsed and in the grips of health anxiety again...........im such a fool!!

i could not resist checking my neck and i found somthing so am back to square on.............what an idiot, i dont think im ever going to be normal again and its my fault i could have dealt with this health anxiety a year ago!

i notice 'lumpy' bits on my neck and freak out guys its such an awful feeling and literally feel sick to my stomach. my life has gone from decent to the pits in 10 months from masters course to psychiatric ward because of suicidal feelings to unemployment and now constant thinking i have cancer and obsessive checking.


i need serious help
can anyone help me!

we all have lumps in our necks glands ,tendons sometimes they swell even in hot weather .so you will feel lumps,, i was a nurse ,,and its common i suggest you stop feeling ,,,you will be ok x
