Hey everyone i hope your all well!
Well I havent posted in a while so sorry if its a bit long winded, well its 8 days till my 26th birthday (August 18th) and im counting down the days as I have been so worried I wont make it to 26 (I'm gonna get there and a long time beyond), I have been diagnosed with costochondritis and omg its painful its an inflammation of the cartilage between you sternum and you 3 - 6th ribs, I went to my doctor coz I thought i was having a heart attack well funnily enough I wasnt, so Im hoping this will get better soon as it is frustrating me. Also for some reason my feet have swelled up today more when im sitting down then when im walking around, anyone else get this?
Well on a brighter note my humans given councelling is going great and I really feel she is helping me get over things I am angry and upset about from my past and also with my anxiety.
