please help my feet have been swollen today and I dont know why but I am worrying about it now and they wont go down this is making my anxiety worse ahhhhhhh

My feet swell too. Are you taking any new medication? Has it been a hot day with you taking little exercise? Have you been drinking enough for your system to flush out excess water?
If you really are worried, see your doc.

It is probably the heat and retaining water. If it is hot we tend to drink more which makes us swell. Hugs to you!
