i found this website threw an article in the daily mail about nicola and her panic attacks.

Hi William

Welcome to the forum.

You might like to start by reading the information in the First Steps (http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/default.asp?t=cms&c=firststeps) article.

A good resource for working through depression is the Depression Learning Path (http://www.clinical-depression.co.uk).

I hope you find some help and support here.
