The shakes!

Hi when i did manage to get to sleep round 2.30am this moring! i was woke by me shaking really bad it woz horrible i dont no how long it last as i must have fallen back to sleep? i dont sleep well since being on citalopram 20mg i get round 3-4 hours a night. i have been on cit for almost 8wks have any other peeps on ere had the same as me and will i get it again? very scary :unsure:
