Hiya new to this site had anxiety for 14 years

Hiya, i have suffered from anxiety and panic disorder for 14 years:weep: i have recently had a bad bout of anxiety and thought it would be a good idea if i contacted others with the same issues as me, one of the main issues for me at the moment is driving, i constantly have panic attacks while i am driving, i cant drive on motorways anymore, just the thought of driving on fast roads brings on a panic attack. Does anyone else have this problem??? Does anyone have any ideas how i can overcome this issue??
