Hi Kez and welcome,

So many people suffer like you do, so try not to "worry about the worry"!

People do get over this, and you can too. You may need to change your thought patterns, so your mind does get worked up for little or no reason. It may take a while, but you can win over this!

Take Care,

hi there, scarey aint it?but as the others have said the more we worry about choking the more your throat tightens.soooo imagine yourself eating, see it ,keep it in your mind, eating and enjoying every mouthfull not choking or gagging .keep it in your mind.and it will eventually become real.this has worked 4 me.good luck.Mary-Rose.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
