Hello,
I am a 43 year old who has been suffering from panic attacks for the past three months, and it has been a roller coaster of anxiety and worry as I keep thinking that there is something terribly wrong with me. I went to Doctor who did all routine tests and ECG and all okay so she told me it was probably stress, but it is so hard to cope with it at times. I am really looking forward to logging on and reading and discussing with other panic attack sufferers. Thanks :)
