Panic Sufferer - Health Anxiety

Hi -
I am 40 years old and have had panic attacks for over 20 years. I have a huge health phobia and Dr. Phobia. I have never had routine blood work done, my physciatrist told me he can send me for routine blood work but I am stressed about waiting for results..thinking that something bad will show up..when most likely it won't! Drives me crazy because I know many people who have this done yearly and don't think twice about it. Anyone else suffer from this?

I also have health and dr. phobia. I did with fear and trembling get blood work, ekg done. I do really understand.
