I've suffered with health anxiety for many, many years, with my biggest fear being MS. With most of my anxiety symptoms manifesting themselves in my lower legs and vision.

I work as a nurse on a very busy hospital admissions unit and the other night found myself nursing the most inspirational single mother of two with a new diagnosis of MS.

A nurse her self she was so focused on everything positive ahead of her, she discussed the fight ahead of her,
I focus so much on end stage MS, being trapped in a body that wont do what i want it to do, death.
She focused on life and making the most of every minute of her future.

I left work truly inspired.

I worked in oncology for a while and met the most truly amazing inspirational people there, so i know what you're saying.
