i have notice that when i take my pulse it speeds up when i take a breath. is this normal? because it freaking me out abit

thank you very much its been bothering me for a while i felt abit silly asking but i had too. yes ive notice when i breath out slow it slows down abit you dont know how at ease you have out me :bighug1:

I get this too - my doctor told me years ago that it's called sinus rhythm (I think) and that it's really common, as it's our hearts responding to the extra oxygen we get from breathing in.
