bach remedies

Hi, has any one tried bach remedies? I suffer from panic etc and when i get bad try certain ones and i am pretty certain they work. i know the real problems never really go away ie fear of flying etc etc, but i think they help. I would welcome any comments,

I regularly use the Bach Rescue remedy spray and do find it very useful for a "quick fix " in a stressful situation. Hope it works for you

Ive used bachs and found it does work for me but everyone is diff.
