Having had really bad anxiety for the last week I'm starting to feel like I'm coming out of it again. Less tingling pains and anticipated anxiety this morning and generally feel a little calmer. Even managed to get some washing on lol. Thought id post this to let everyone see that sometimes the anxiety cycle can be a little gentler and to remind myself :)

I had a dreadful time last weekend and only started to feel I was coming out of it on Wednesday, so hang on in there.

Aye its such a rollercoaster. But its just one of those things I guess. The more you work through it the more you learn about yourself. X
