hi all iv had a great day at the docs. iv never felt so good since this happened to me.hope its my road to recovery fingers crossed

they put good things into my head so that i wasent thinking of the bad thing iv had in my head for 3 and half years. plus they are going to set up a date to come to my home and take me for a walk about to build on my confidance again cant wait.

a dont what it is but went out with my brother to day for a game of golf. i feel really good about this i hope it keeps up and anybody else who has been like me i wish to try and help them the way i feel at the momment please ask me anything il try and answer the best way i can dave
