today, very gently i told my thirteen year old daughter that i am having a blip and going through a bit of a rough patch.
she has been looking at me and wondering what is going on and today i found the courage to explain why mum is not 100%.
i told her not to worry...mum will be fine...but we just need to take it slowly.
i feel such a sense of relief in talking with her.....i know she was more worried before our chat and is now looking much more happier and not worrying because of the unknown.
thank you wendy for giving me the confidence in doing this - it is so greatly appreciated xxxxxx
