Thought I would join after receiving so much reassurance and comfort after reading of others experiences.
Have had problems with anxiety and panic all my adult life, started having palpitations and panics badly again a few months ago while really stressed. Seem to have lost my fear of the palpitations and they have stopped but now register every heartbeat pulsing in my ears and have started to have ectopic heartbeats, very scary! Due to go on holiday next week and now frightened to travel, felt a lot better after reading that others are getting same symptons, sure Im getting worse because Im worrying and waiting for them all the time. Seems like every time I get my head around one symptom, I get something new to worry about, does anybody else get this?
