twinges in side of head ?

has anyone had twinges in the side of their head...

ive had an on off tension headache .. but this is a new feeling?

do you mean head zaps? they only last seconds and hurt?

im not sure ... it just started twinging...throbbing ...it last for about 30 seconds and now it just aches a little ?

Probably all part of the tension headache to be honest.

Hey Adam22, I used to get tension headaches and then my head felt really weird and numb (almost as if it had been frozen like an injection at the dentist) - is that what you are feeling?

You sound from your posts as if you are having a rough evening with your anxiety all round - hope you feel better soon.

yeh sort of.. but ive had a few spells of it throbbing and its just freaked me out !!!
