been put on diazepam

been put on 2mg of diazepam 4times a day due 2 having a constant panic attack for 4 days i had 2 have an ecg which was fine just wondered if anyone else has takin this drug and if it worked for them? x thanks x

Hi and a big welcome to NMP!!

I have and still occasionally (when really have to) take diazepam...it is very effective and can help really quickly....to be taken short term though (3 weeks max) to avoid dependance. When I have taken it I just do it when necessary rather than regularly. Should help you feel alot better.

Hello, yes Diazepam is fast acting, only have them though when really needed. But have been on them before daily for a few weeks, really helps and makes a difference. :)

Hiya Yes I have some for emergencies and they really work for me, I carry them in my bag everywhere with me they are my comfort blanket.

Been taking 2 x 5mg/day for 7 yrs now.
