I suffer from general anxiety and health anxiety with a touch of OCD for good measure and everything in my house must line up!
Everything in my pantry must line up, all my glasses are arranged and lined up by size and canned goods arranged by type. Shoes by the door must be lined up and photo frames must run parallel to the edge of the shelf they are on.
Also each night I enter each room in the house, doing a lap of the house during an ad break on tv, just to make sure everything is in order... a ritual I probably do 4-6 times a night. Nothing has ever changed from one lap to the next but I can't help myself!
What rituals does everyone else have?
