Anyone else find confusion and forgetfulness are worse when anxiety is high? Part of my job involves issuing documentation and I came in this morning to find that something I issued on friday was entirely wrong. I was stressed and very busy with people on my back all day and that, plus my anxiety plus my age (44) should be enough to give anyone a senior moment, but my personal demon is shouting "insanity" "Alzheimers" etc. Life's really getting me down right now.
