Scared of these pains!

Hi. Please help! A moment ago, my chest began to feel heavy and my left arm feels funny and so does my leg and my breathing feels restircted. I'm so scared it's a heart attack. I'm only 18. I've been feeling a little anxious today, so could this be what it is? Thanks x
