Hi everyone,

I'm doing O.K at the moment. Have suffered panic attacks before and I only seem to be more susceptible to them when I'm tired!
I get anxiety from time to time and more so at the minute as I'm due to start my new job soon. :unsure:

Fatigue is one of the biggest triggers, so rest assured that you probably know your patterns well! Try to aim for the same bedtime every night and if you find you are having sleepless nights, then having some lay down time whenever possible will also help.
