Please help

I am really down since sat, dont feel any better. My anxiety is out of control. Im on edge tired and feel sick....
Why has this happened this week i was feeling fine better and going to work, now im dreading going could honestly cry.

I'm sorry you're feeling like this Wishful. I noticed that you've had your meds put up recently and it could be a side effect from that. If you feel like having a good cry then let it all out; you'll feel better for it after.

Remember that it takes a while for any new dose to settle. I know it's hard but this will pass - believe me, I've been there and do understand!
