Hi,
I've had a couple of panic attacks in the last few years and I'm about to make a big change in my life. However whenever something happens that makes this change more real i.e. buying my ticket or interviewing my replacement I can feel the panic setting in, so I'm hoping this forum will help me connect with others who have experienced the same and find a way to deal with this and not let it control my life.
